Technical Team Lead for Facility Management – Sund & Bælt, Rødbyhavn

We are looking for a committed and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our Facility Management Team in Rødbyhavn. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation and development of facilities that support our groundbreaking infrastructure projects.
About the position
As a Technical Team Lead, you will have overall responsibility for the daily management and development of our technical team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of our buildings, technical installations, and outdoor areas.
Your responsibilities
- Leading and developing the Facility Management team
- Managerial responsibility for and engagement of employees under special conditions
- Planning and coordinating maintenance tasks and projects
- Ensuring the operation and optimization of building technical installations (plumbing, electrical, ventilation, etc.)
- Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption and environmental conditions
- Collaborating with external suppliers and contractors
- Participating in budgeting and reporting
- Focusing on safety, work environment, and well-being
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Education as a marine engineer, building constructor, skilled tradesperson, or similar
- Experience in facility management, preferably from large technical facilities or outdoor areas
- Experience in leading or coordinating teams
- Knowledge of building automation and energy management systems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate across disciplines
