Senior Contract Administrator for the Tunnel Portal and Ramps in the Femernbelt Project, Sund & Bælt

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will get to join one of the biggest infrastructure construction projects in Europe; building the world’s longest immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany.
The role
As a Senior Contract Administrator in Sund & Bælt working for the Femernbelt Project in the TPR department, you will join very dedicated employees with international backgrounds and great experience from mega-projects around the world. Together with them – and alongside the Tunnel Contract Administration team of engineers, quantity surveyors and lawyers – you ensure our commercial and contract administration, focusing on managing the Tunnel Portal and Ramps contract (TPR).
Your key tasks will include:
- Support to the TPR Contract Administration Manager in the day-to-day managing of variation orders and correspondences, and providing contractual assistance
- Execute daily contract administration activities
You will acquire a close insight into the project and contract management. You will experience an organisation that is dynamically altering in accordance with the project's progress, with a challenging, but at the same time, diverse and enriching working day.
Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to fill the role of our new Senior Contract Administrator. We are looking for a profile who:
- Has a degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial or Business Engineering, or Law.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in commercial and contract administration on similar complex large-scale projects.
- Alternatively, has at least 3 years of experience working on a construction site and at least 2 years of experience working with contract administration.
- Has a good grasp of international construction contract terms and working knowledge of standard forms of contract and international Construction Law, such as FIDIC or bespoke.
- Has a good command of English and can communicate to a high standard, both in writing and orally, as the contract communication is in English. Danish language skills are not required; however, the development of an ability in Danish is encouraged.
