Quality Coordinator for the Femern Project at Sund & Bælt (Maternity Cover)

The Position
You will become part of the Quality team at Sund & Bælt, where we support the entire organization, including our major construction projects. In this role, you will be assigned to a team within the Femern project, supporting contracts on quality-related matters throughout project phases such as design and execution. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with established quality standards and processes.
The position is based at our office in Copenhaven, with the regular working days at our owners office in Rødbyhavn.
Key Responsibilities
As Quality Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and conducting reviews of contractors’ management plans and quality-related documentation.
- Coordinating participation in contractors’ audits and supporting the planning and execution of supplier audits.
- Monitoring and following up on contractors’ non-conformities (NCRs).
- Leading quality management meetings with contractors.
- Assisting with internal quality reporting and documentation.
- Ensuring internal coordination and compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Supporting the preparation and continuous improvement of internal procedures.
Your Background
We imagine that you possess several, or all, of the following qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- At least five years of experience from construction or infrastructure projects, including one to two years working with quality management.
- Experience with quality processes, Quality Management Systems, and audit processes.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate effectively in a complex matrix organization.
