Sund & Bælt is seeking AI-talents for AI-Swarm

Your role

As part of the AI-Swarm, you will join the Data & AI team within Digital and work closely with colleagues from across Sund & Bælt. The position is approximately 15 hours per week, and you will be based either at our office in Copenhagen or Halsskov. 

You will, among other things:

• Develop, test and implement AI-agents that create real business value.
• Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
• Transform ideas into solutions in close collaboration with the company.
• Be a part of a strong professional community with a focus on learning and innovation.

Who are you?:

Whether you are a student or taking a gap year, what matters most is not your experience, but your curiosity, engagement and eagerness to learn. We are looking for individuals with an interest in AI, data, process improvement and digital development. 

Having experience with AI tools, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, data analytics or process optimization is an advantage, but motivation and initiative are valued just as highly.

AI Talent Day

If you progress in the recruitment process, you will then be invited to AI Talent Day on October 19th. Here you will have the opportunity to meet us, learn more about Sund & Bælt, and experience the energy of the AI-Swarm.

If you move forward from AI Talent Day, your expected start date will be November 2nd 2026. 

Onboarding and introduction to the role, as well as the necessary systems, will take place during week 45, with days dedicated to onboarding for 2nd, 4th and 5th of November.
